Product Features:

A: The product is of strong adhesion, low smell, good flexibility, good scratch resistance & tensile strength.

B: The product is of fast curing speed, good printing adaptability, which is up to the printing speed of 100-150m/ min.

C: The cured ink film is of high intention, excellent abrasion & solvent resistance, flash color, high purity, good color reducing & aging resistance

D: The product is environmental-friendly, so it doesnt no irritant to skin.

Problems Shooting on Operation & Solutions

A: If there is flying ink during printing, add 3% - 5% of our thinner to reduce ink viscosity, so as to enable it get a better printing adaptability.

B: If printing ink drop from material, or of poor adhesion, check the material & see if it has done corona treatment, check also the material surface tension, the best printing effect is above 30 DYNE and below 50 DYNE.

C: If printing ink abnormally adhesion on material, ink film drop, un-solid curing, check the light solidified lamp on the machine to see if the power is big enough & the lamp is too old, if the power is not big enough or the lamp is too old, please change for new lamp.

D: If the color concentration is too high, add 3% - 5% of our thinner to reduce ink colors concentration, if the ink is too thick, printing effect will be affected, please add 3% - 7% of our dilution.

E: If the ink film scratch resistance isnt strong enough, add 1% - 3% of our .

Storage:

Keep good ventilation & away from sunlight, store under around 25, product warranty period: 12 months.
