3. Operation Step:
1. Make the surface of the material clean & dry;
2. Operate, transport & store the item under the temperature of 5 ~ 45 °C, avoid quality changing caused by too low or too high temperature;
3. Coat both sides of the material;
4. The best time for bonding is 2 ~ 20 minutes after coating (best bonding time varies according to different material, temperature, humidty).
5. Place average pressure to the bonding material, to get better bonding effect;
6. Use wet towel to clean unwanted glue left on the material;
7. Leave the bonded material alone for 1 hour to get strong bonding, it will get the best bonding effect after 2 days.
8. After operation, make sure to clean the brush, scraper, roller with water.
4. Application:
799A is suitable for the bonding between below materials, like: paper, wood plate, MDF, anti-firing plate, plastic plate, leather, foam, sponge, EVA, metal, stone...etc. It's widely used in below industrial, like: various kinds of fancy packing materials, packing box, wine box, medicine box, food box, cigarette box, jewelry box, gift bag, plate decoration…etc.
